  • Became team captain as a senior in 1970-71
  • Scored 8.7 points per game as a freshman
  • Improved to 20.7 points per game as a sophomore, 17.5 PPG as a junior, and 14.4 PPG as a senior, all of which were team highs
  • Led the team to a 16-9 mark in 1969-70, which was the best record in school history at the time
  • Graduated with 1,528 points scored, which put him 14th in school history at the time of his induction
  • Also ranked 14th all-time in rebounds  and sixth in made free throws at the time of his induction
  • Off the court he was the President of the Black Student Association, a member of Lambda Chi Alpha, a Chapel Reader, and on the Homecoming Committee, Academic Standards and Ethics Committee, and the Committee of College Preparation Week
  • During his time at Rollins, Larry was honored as a Who's Who in American Colleges, an Outstanding College Athlete of America, an OOOO, and an Agernon Sydney Sullivan Award recipient
