Served as Rollins'' Director of Athletics and Physical Education from 1992 until his retirement in 2005
He was named the 2004 NACDA Regional A.D. of the Year
On December 14, 2004, Winter Park declared ''Phil Roach Day’
During his tenure, Rollins won nine national titles, 31 SSC titles and added 11 endowed scholarships.
In 2005, the Phil Roach Sportsmanship Award was established in his honor.
