GENEVA, Ohio (March 16, 2024) – Rollins wrapped up the 2024 NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships on Saturday, with
Abigayle Wood becoming the fourth Tar to earn All-America honors this year. All four swimmers that competed took home at least one All-America result, with Wood's coming in the 200-yard breaststroke on Saturday.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Wood had an outstanding swim in the morning prelims, shattering her own school record by over a second with a ninth-place time of 2:17.31, earning a spot in the evening's consolation final.
- William Slowey also competed on Saturday, but he was disqualified in the prelims of the 200-yard breaststroke.
- In the evening session, Wood came back to clock a 2:17.94 in the consolation finals of the 200-yard breaststroke, finishing the race tied for second which equated to tying for 10th place overall in the event to earn Second Team All-America honors.
- Wood's finish scored 6.5 points for the women's team, which placed the Tars 33rd overall.
- The men wrapped up the event with a total of 20 points, which was tied for 20th on the overall leaderboard.
