INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (March 8, 2023) – Three Rollins swimmers took to the pool for the first time at the 2023 NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships at the IUPUI Natatorium on Wednesday.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Jill Hughes posted a time of 10:11.75 in the 1000-yard freestyle, which was good enough for 16th place and one point in the championship standings.
- Alonna Clark also swam the 1000-yard freestyle, clocking a time of 10:15.02 to finish 22nd overall.
- After the second day of competition at the NCAA Championships, the women are tied for 27th place with one point.
- For the men, Chance Ricca took part in the 1000-yard freestyle, touching the wall in 9:28.00 to finish 25th.

Luke Dinges set to compete in the 100-yard butterfly, Hughes getting back in the water to swim the 400-yard individual medley, and both Ricca and Clark returning to action in the 200-yard freestyle.
