EVANSVILLE, Ind. – Rollins returned to the pool for day two of the NCAA Division II Swimming & Diving Championships with senior
William Slowey competing in the 200 individual medley.
Slowey posted a 1:45.87 in the morning prelims to advance to the evening consolation final, where he clocked a 1:45.85 to finish 11th overall in the event. The senior opened the race in 23.33 on the butterfly, splitting 50.55 at the halfway mark, before closing strong on the breaststroke and freestyle legs to secure additional points for the Tars.
Rollins will return to action on day three of the championships with
Luke Dinges in the 100 Fly and Taiylor Tegler in the 400 IM. Prelims begin at 10 a.m. with finals for the events taking place at 5:30 p.m.
