CLEARWATER, Fla. (Feb. 18, 2023) – The Rollins men's swimming team tallied 137 points on Saturday, bringing its total to 336 to stay in fourth place after the fourth day of the SSC Championships at the Long Center in Clearwater, Fla.

Tampa continues to lead with 711 points, followed by Nova Southeastern (546 points) and Florida Southern (426 points). The Tars are well ahead of Florida Tech (226 points), Saint Leo (220 points), and Lynn (207 points).
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Chance Ricca scored 11 points with an eight-place time of 4:36.00 in the 500-yard freestyle.
- Luke Dinges added 14 points with a fifth-place result in the 100-yard backstroke, posting a time of 49.68.
- William Slowey earned an NCAA "B" cut with a sixth-place time of 54.81 in the 100-yard breaststroke, while Tully Njoroge also hit the "B" standard in the same event with a ninth-place time of 54.76.
- Dinges hit a "B" cut with a time of 1:49.40 in the 200-yard butterfly, finishing fifth.
- The quartet of Slowey, Cruse Sweeney, Ricca, and Trey Carter posted a sixth-place time of 1:22.10 in the 200-yard freestyle relay, adding 26 points to the team's total.
