WINTER PARK, Fla. (June 2, 2022) – Rollins student-athletes posted a combined 3.46 GPA during the spring 2022 semester, the 40th consecutive term above a 3.0.
Women's Golf headlines the Tars academic efforts during the spring 2022 semester, earning a 3.84 team GPA. They were followed closely by Men's Tennis, with a 3.76, and Women's Tennis, with 3.74. Volleyball posted a 3.68 and Women's Basketball earned a 3.66 to round out the top five for the spring semester.
In the overall GPA race for the 2021-22 academic year, Women's Tennis (3.81 GPA) edged Women's Golf (3.79) for the top spot, followed closely by Women's Basketball in third with a 3.72. Men's Tennis (3.70) and Women's Lacrosse (3.60) placed fourth and fifth in the overall GPA race, respectively.
Director of Athletics Pennie Parker honored 386 Tars on the Athletic Director's Honor Roll, earning 3.0 or better GPAs. Included on that list are 62 student-athletes with perfect 4.0 GPAs in the Spring.
