GREENSBORO, N.C. (March 10, 2022) – Harold Lockhart followed his National Championship performance in the 1000 Yard Freestyle by qualifying for a second Championship Final, this time in the 200 Yard Freestyle, the second of his three individual swims at the NCAA meet.

Lockhart clocked a 1:36.16 in the preliminary round, qualifying for the Championship Final with the seventh fastest time.

Lockhart started near the back of the championship field and could not climb past his competitors. He touched the wall in 1:37.03, earning 11 valuable points for the Tars.

Lockhart will return to the pool for another pair of events. He and Chance Ricca will swim in the 500 Yard Freestyle and be parts of the Tars' 800 Yard Freestyle Relay team that will take to the pool, tomorrow, Friday, March 11
