PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. (May 19, 2026) - The Women's Golf Coaches Association announced the 2025-26 student-athlete awards for NCAA Division II women's golf on Tuesday. The All-Freshman Team, presented by the American Junior Golf Association, included Rollins standout Youynag Li.
Li had a massive impact in her first season as a Tar, helping the team to a consistent Top 20 ranking throughout the year. She appeared in all ten tournaments this year, totaling 29 rounds. She averaged 75.65 per round, which was the best mark on the team. The highlight for Li came in the last regular season event, the Lynn Invitational, when she took the first-place trophy in the 84-player field. She followed that up with a 3rd place finish at the SSC Championship, and a 5th place finish (of 104) at the NCAA South Regional.
The four others named to the All-Freshman team included Aubane Statiotis of Eckerd, Alexndra Remaklus of Nova Southeastern, Olivia Roberts of Anderson, and Lucy Kate Smith of UT-Tyler. Wingate's Amely Bochaton was named the National Player of the Year.
