Kyle Marion, who was chosen as the top defensive player for the week.

The Tars only saw the court one time last week, but Marion packed as many stats as he could into the game against Embry-Riddle. Marion recorded a career-high six steals in the contest, leading to multiple fast-break buckets for Rollins. He also added seven defensive rebounds (eight total boards) in addition to 16 points and seven assists.
Rollins will be in action twice before the Thanksgiving holiday. The Tars will host Puerto Rico - Bayamon on Monday evening, followed by another home matchup against Southeastern on Wednesday.
