High School: Four-year letter winner for the Rosary High School Royals…played middle and was also a right-side hitter…two-time All-Region and All-Metro Honorable Mention honoree…earned All-Academic Conference honors, along with Academic Athlete and Best Sportsmanship Team awards…helped lead the Royals to regionals during her senior campaign…played club volleyball with Fusion South.

Personal: Daughter of Regina and George Prochaska… has one brother, Matthew… cousin Allison Kingsbury played volleyball at Trinity International.
