Coach since: 2024-25

Emily joins the Tars swimming staff following a stint at Stetson University as Assistant Director for Student-Athlete Success and Academics. 

Her coaching background includes Tampa Elite Aquatics (since 2021) and Bobcat Swim Club in Athens, Ohio from 2019-21. 

Prior to coaching, Emily was a four-year letter winner at Ohio University from 2015-19. She served as team captain in both her junior and senior seasons while specializing in the 200 free and 200 fly. In the classroom, she earned a dual degree in International Business and Sports Management. She then completed her MBA and MSA at Ohio, graduating in 2021. 

She is originally from Lexington, Kentucky. In addition to her swimming career, Emily also serves as coordinator for fundraising for two different 501c3 non-profit organizations. She and her husband Alex reside in Central Florida.
