Biography

2018: 2018 USILA/Nike Division II Scholar All-American… First Team All Sunshine State Conference… Spring Athletic Director’s Honor Roll… Sunshine State Conference Spring Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Team Captain… Saw time in all 14 contests, earning 13 starts as a long pole defender… fired off two shots, both of which on goal… picked up 22 ground balls and caused 10 turnovers, good for fourth best on the team… matched a career best four ground balls in the Tars’ game against Alabama-Huntsville on March 26, 2018… saw three games where he accumulated three ground balls throughout the season… caused a season high two turnovers in a game in four separate contests.

2017: Named 2017 All-Sunshine State Conference Second Team... Named to the 2017 Sunshine State Conference Spring Commissioner''s Honor Roll...  Played in all 14 games for the Tars, earning 13 starts… earned 12 ground balls with a career high of four against Colorado Mesa (3/16/17)... caused eight turnovers on the season... caused a season best two turnovers in the Tars'' season opener against Mars Hill on February 10, 2017... was an integral member of a Tars defense that held opponents to less than 10 goals per game.

2016: 
Named to 2016 Sunshine State Conference Spring Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Played in all 16 games, making 15 starts for the Tars… Collected 11 groundballs in his Sophomore year… Had six caused turnovers… Recorded two ground balls and caused three turnovers in a win over UINDY on March 16, 2016... earned a career best in caused turnovers with his three against UINDY.

2015: As a freshmen, played in all 16 games, starting one… scored goals against Tampa on 2/28 and Florida Southern on 3/14 to finish with two on the year… finished the season with 12 groundballs and five caused turnovers.

High School: Attended St. Francis DeSales in Columbus, Ohio…played defense and LSM for the Stallions…led team to a record of 36-6 his sophomore through senior seasons and to a State Championship in 2011-12…named honorable mention All-State as a junior and first team after his senior season…named to the NSCLA All-Tournament team...member of the Ohio All-Star Team.

Personal: Son of Julia and Brian Jackson…brother to Meghan…majoring in Biochemistry with a minor in Spanish.
