Nate Paulo was named the Men's Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week for the first time in his career.
Paulo tallied a career-high five goals in Saturday's game against No. 1 Tampa to earn the award. In that contest, the redshirt sophomore also set career highs in shots (8) and shots on goal (6). Paulo scored his first goal on Saturday just 2:18 before halftime. He came out in the third quarter and scored the Tars' first two goals as well as their final goal of the period. Paulo capped his day scoring the last goal of the game with 2:15 to play.
Paul and the Tars will be in action on Wednesday, April 2nd, when they host Florida Southern at 8 p.m.
