GREENSBORO, N.C. (May 31, 2023) - The American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) released its 2023 ABCA/Rawlings NCAA II All-Region Teams on Wednesday, with Rollins'
Adams Torres representing the Tars as the second baseman on the All-South Region Second Team.
Torres has started 53 games this season, putting together a slash line of .361/.414/.513. He ranks second on the team in hits with 83, including 15elve doubles, one triple, and six home runs. The senior has scored 5 times and driven in 41 batting primarily from the two-hole. He has hit safely in 43 of the 53 games he's played, and had multiple hits in 31 contests. He was also named First Team All-SSC, and an Academic All-District honoree.
