Rollins Sweeps Spring Break Race

WINTER PARK, Fla. (March 19, 2022) – Rollins was able to bring home gold in all 4 of its races at today's Spring Break Race on Lake Maitland.  In 3 of the races, the Varsity 8, Varsity 4, Novice 4, Rollins had "A" and "B" entries, with Rollins finishing first and second.
 
The Men's Novice 8 race took to the water immediately following the Men's Varsity 8 victory, with only two athletes switching from one boat to the other.  "The great thing about our Rollins rowers is they are willing to get in any boat and any line-up and figure out how to the boat move well." said Coach Pistor.   "We are excited to be rowing in the eights again this year and even more excited to have the crew as close as they are in speed."   
 
UP NEXT:
The Tars will race in Melbourne, Florida against Florida Tech and Stetson next Saturday, March 26.  This will be the men's first road trip of the season.
