LOUISVILLE, Ky. (June 9, 2021) – The Tars finish the 2021 campaign ranked No. 19 in the final Nike/US Lacrosse Poll. The Tars moved into the polls prior to the NCAA postseason after winning six of their final seven contests.

Rollins ended their season at 7-3, achieving the best winning percentage in program history. Seven Tars finished their campaign with All-Sunshine State Conference honors, includingÂ
Ryan Dunn, who was named the SSC Player of the Year. He was joined on the First Team by Â
Chase Snyder, whileÂ
Connor Coltharp,Â
James Cowan,Â
Justin Isenhour,Â
Bailey Pringle, andÂ
Connor Thornton also earned recognition. Cowan and Dunn proceeded to collect All-Region recognition, with Dunn advancing to earn All-American status.

Le Moyne, who won their sixth NCAA Tournament title, occupy the top spot with a 15-0 record. Lenoir-Rhyne, the runners-up, finish the season in second. Mercyhurst, SSC rival Tampa, and Wingate round out the top-five.

The Spartans lead the way among SSC schools, at the No. 4 spot. Lynn moved up one spot to end the year at No. 13. The Tars round out the conference's ranked contingent, with the No. 19 ranking. Florida Tech and Saint Leo both received votes.
