Rollins travels to Eckerd Saturday in a key battle of one-loss Sunshine State Conference teams. The Tars stand alone in first place in the SSC standings with just the Tritons and Tampa remaining on their SSC slate. The result will have huge implications on championships and post season seeding.

ROLLINS AT A GLANCE: Last time out, the 13th-ranked Tars posted a 2-0 shutout of Nova Southeastern, led by senior forward Brenna McKee. The Texas native assisted on Mora Johnson's goal and then got one of her own after a Kat Weiss pass. Mary Spring picked up five saves in her fourth shutout of the season.

The win pushed Rollins into first place atop the SSC standings, three points ahead of Barry who plays at Saint Leo Saturday.

Johnson ranks third in the SSC with nine goals while Paxton Sickler is fifth (8 goals) and McKee seventh (7 goals). McKee and Johnson are tied for third in the SSC with 25 points while Sickler is fifth with 24.

Spring ranks third in the league in goals against average, allowing just 0.68 goals a game while her SSC leading save percentage sits at .862.

Coach Alicia Schuck is in her fourth year at the helm of the women's soccer program, holding a record of 49-14-4. Since taking over in 2011, she has led the Tars to a berth in the NCAA tournament three straight seasons and has been named both the NSCAA South Region Coach of the Year and SSC Coach of the Year.

ECKERD AT A GLANCE: The Tritons host Rollins looking to bounce back from a 3-1 loss to Saint Leo, the only blemish on their SSC record. The fell behind 3-0 against SLU's potent offense before getting a goal in the final minute.

Arie Anahory leads Eckerd and is second in the conference with 31 points, putting up 12 goals and seven assists. Katie Shafter is 13th in the league with 14 points on four goals and five assists.

Morgan Cresent patrols the net for EC and is fourth in the SSC with a 1.00 goals against average.

Danielle Fotopoulos, a member of the 1999 U.S. FIFA World Cup championship squad, is in her fifth season leading the Tritons.

SERIES: Rollins is 14-9-0 all-time against Eckerd. They last met on Oct. 26 of last year with the Tars winning 7-1 in Winter Park.

NEXT UP FOR ROLLINS: The Tars host its final home game of the regular season, taking a step out of conference play and welcoming Flagler on Tuesday, Oct. 21 at 7 p.m.
