The Tars are coming off of a lone win on Wednesday evening,
February 6 as they defeated the Saint Leo Lions at home 80-58.
Rollins will look to use that momentum in their remaining Sunshine
State Conference games this season. The Tars still have a tough
schedule ahead, including away games at Lynn and Nova Southeastern
and a home bout against Florida Southern.
STORYLINES
Rollins will look to defeat Florida Tech for the second time in the
2007-08 season.
SSC STANDINGS
Tampa and Florida Southern lead the SSC with 9-2 records. Eckerd
has a 7-4 record, followed by Rollins at 6-4 while Florida Tech,
Lynn, Nova, Saint Leo and Barry round out the rest of the
conference.
IN THE RANKINGS
The Tars were chosen 21st in the last NABC/Division II Coaches Poll
released on February 12. They are fifth in the South Region, while
Tampa ranks first.

Rollins leads the all-time series against the Panthers 50-22.
LAST TIME OUT
Kevin Hogan's 21 points led Rollins past the Saint Leo Lions 80-58
on Wednesday evening at Warden Arena. The win brings the Tars'
record to 17-4 and 6-4 in the SSC, while the Lions drop to 10-10
and 3-6 in conference play.
SCOUTING THE TARS
All-American Jonny Reibel leads Rollins with 20.2 points per game
and 7.5 assists. Craig Reichel (13.0 ppg, 6.0 rpg) and Nick Wolf
(11.0 ppg and 7.1 rpg) have led the Tars in the front court, while
Kevin Hogan (13.2 ppg) and Jeremy Sharpe (12.9 ppg) have provided
support in the back court.
SCOUTING THE PANTHERS
The Panthers are 16-5 overall and 5-5 in conference play. Justin
Sedlak leads all scorers averaging 18.1 points per game and 9.2
rebounds. Ryan Ballard leads the team in assists with 6.5 per
