Justine Dee joins the Rollins volleyball staff as a Volunteer Assistant Coach prior to the 2022-23 school year.
Dee joins the Tars after having served as the head coach at Belhaven University in Jackson, Mississippi for nine seasons from 2013-21. During his tenure as head coach of the Blazers, Dee coached seven NCCAA Mideast All-Region athletes, three NCCAA Scholar-Athlete honorees, 10 ASC All-Conference honorees, two ASC Distinguished Scholar-Athlete honorees, one ASC Scholar-Athlete Medal of Honor recipient, and 39 Conference All-Academic winners. Under his direction, the Blazers earned the SSAC Team Sportsmanship Award in 2014 and the ASC Team Sportsmanship Award for three consecutive years from 2016-18.
In his collegiate coaching career, Dee has amassed 189 career wins, including stops at Lyon College in Arkansas and Simpson College in California. Dee led Lyon to its first-ever NAIA Regional Tournament berth, and at Simpson he was twice named the NCCAA West Region Coach of the Year after posting third- and fifth-place finishes at the NCCAA National Championships.
In addition to his collegiate coaching career, Dee has coached at Briarwood Christian School in Birmingham, Alabama, where he led the team to second- and third-place finishes in the state playoffs and was named the 2009 Birmingham News Coach of the Year. Dee also led Buchholz High School in Gainesville, Florida to the semifinals of the FHSAA Class 7A playoffs in 2012.
