2008: Versatility helped Powell step into many roles in her junior season... started in 11 contests, and saw time in all 20 games... notched three goals and one assist, and used her speed and agility to her advantage in tough midfield situations... scored the game-winning tally against Barry (10/28/2008) in the 84th minute to help the Tars pull out a 1-0 victory.
2007: Moved into a starting spot in the lineup and saw time at several positions, starting 15 games and appearing in all 19 ... scored one goal and added three assists ... her first career goal came at Montevallo in the Tars'' 5-3 win on 8/31/07 ... assisted on the only goal in Rollins'' 1-0 victory over Florida Southern in the opening round of the SSC Tournament on 10/30/07.
2006: Appeared in seven games and started one as a freshman, seeing time at midfield and defense ... earned a spot on the Rollins Athletic Director’s Honor Roll.
High School: Four-time letterwinner at Apopka High School, where she led her team to the Southern Regional Tournament ... named the winner of the Coach’s Award and the Most Valuable Defender award, and was a part of the All-Metro and All-County teams ... member of the third-ranked club team in Florida ... graduated with honors and was in the top 10% of her class.
