Coach Alicia (Milyak) Schuck has led the Tars to NCAA Tournament berths in eight of her fourteen seasons as head coach, including a run to the NCAA National Championship Final in 2014. The Tars have won four Sunshine State Conference titles under her tutelage, and she has been awarded NSCAA South Region Coach of the Year, SSC Coach of the Year, and the prestigious NSCAA National Coach of the Year.

Coach Schuck has a deep commitment to player development both on the field and in the classroom. Under her guidance, 15 players have earned All-American honors, 81 have been honored as All-Region, and countless have captured All-Conference honors. She has also coached seven players who garnered Academic All-American honors, with her team consistently recording one of the highest GPAs on campus.  Coach Schuck’s teams have been perennially ranked in the national polls. Rollins Women’s Soccer was ranked No. 1 in the country in 2015 and ended the season at the No. 2 spot in 2014, after their runner-up finish at the National Championship.

Accolades aside, Coach Schuck is a player’s coach. She takes pride in developing her players strengths, learning about their motivators, and helping them pursue their playing and professional goals.  Her coaching philosophy and team culture stems from her playing background which centers around a competitive team environment.

The first true superstar of Rollins women's soccer when the program was in its infancy, Schuck remains the all-time leader in goals scored with 51, and points with 121. Schuck looks to use her experience as a player and local youth coach to motivate the current Rollins players to perform to the best of their ability.
 
During her freshman season at Rollins, Schuck notched a team leading 29 points (12 goals, five assists). As a sophomore, she finished with 20 points and was named to the All-Sunshine State Conference second team. In 2000, she set Rollins records in goals scored in a season (21) and points in a season (48), and was recognized with All-SSC first team honors. She completed her career in 2001 with 10 goals and four assists for 24 points, as well as earning second team All-SSC and first team All-South Region honors. Along with being a standout player, Schuck was an outstanding student, earning membership on the 2001 Verizon Academic All-District Team.

After Rollins, she played in the W-League for the Seattle Sounders, Florida Krush, and Cocoa Expos. She appeared twice in League Championship games with the Sounders and Krush.  Her playing experience also took her overseas to Australia and Iceland.

In 2008, Schuck became the first Rollins women's soccer player inducted into the Sunshine State Conference Hall of Fame. She was inducted in the Rollins Sports Hall of Fame in 2012. 

She married former Rollins standout soccer player and current Vice President of Spectrum Sports Performance, Dan Schuck, in July, 2011. They currently live in the Orlando area with their children, Logan and Ellie.
