Caroline Swartz joins the Rollins women’s basketball coaching staff in 2025 after a four-year playing career with the Tars, where she made history as the program’s first three-year team captain. She appeared in 73 games from 2021–2025, totaling 89 points, 72 rebounds, 62 assists, and 21 steals, while earning Sunshine State Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll recognition each season.
A steady contributor on the court, Swartz set career highs of 28 minutes, seven rebounds, and four assists during her senior campaign, with her career-best eight points coming as a freshman. She also had the distinction of playing under legendary head coach Glenn Wilkes Jr. during his 750th career win.
Now serving as a graduate assistant, Swartz is heavily involved in player development and recruiting, while also coordinating strength and conditioning, managing team operations, and overseeing the program’s social media presence.
A 2025 Rollins graduate with a degree in psychology, she is currently pursuing her MBA at the Crummer Graduate School of Business, with graduation set for May 2026.
