– Summer: MCV Conference Championships – Swam four individual races, placing in two (4th - 200 Fly, 16th - 100 Fly) and one relay (6th - 400 Free).

– Swam in ten dual meets, scoring in seven. Won first collegiate race against AMU (200 Fly) and also posted a personal best in the 500 Free in the same meet.
– Summer: Missouri Valley LC Championships – Made finals in two events (5th - 200 Fly, 7th - 100 Fly).
