2016:  Played in 10 games, making three starts for the Tars… Recorded one goal and one point…Collected seven groundballs… caused a pair of turnovers…Won 24 faceoffs for a .343 percentage… Scored his only goal on the season, collected five groundballs, and won seven face offs against Lees-McRae on March 8, 2016. 

2015: Played in five games, starting one… won four faceoffs and picked up five groundballs

2014: Sat out due to injury.

High School: Attended Cardinal Mooney High School in Sarasota, Fla…played both midfield and attack for the Cougars…also played football while at school.

Personal: Son of Alison and Carlo LaPorta…has one brother, Evan…majoring in Psychology.
