2019: Appeared in six games for the Tars, starting one… registered one goal and one assist for a total of two points… picked up two ground balls… scored against Tampa in the SSC Tournament Quarterfinals on April 25… earned a spot on the Spring Rollins Athletic Director’s Honor Roll… selected to the Spring SSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2018: Spring Athletic Director’s Honor Roll… Saw time in the Tars’ contest against Palm Beach Atlantic on April 21, 2018… earned one ground ball against the Sailfish.

2017:  Saw time in 12 games for the Tars... notched eight ground bals and two caused turnovers... earned a career best three ground balls in the Tars'' season opener against Mars Hill on February 10... caused a season best one turnover in two different contests... registered a shot in the Tars'' contest against Florida Tech on April 22.

2016: Did not see time in official competition.

High School: Led the Wildcats to a 62-18 record including championships in 2014 and 2015… selected Second Team All-League as a freshman, sophomore, and junior, and First Team All-League following his senior campaign

Personal: Son of Lizzie and Mike Cairns… majoring in international business
