Biography

2017:  Saw time in 12 games in his senior season... tallied six goals and eight assists for 14 points overall... notched a season best two goals against Lenoir-Rhyne on February 18... earned a season best two assists in three different games (vs. Young Harris February 12, vs. Mount Olive March 12, and vs. Florida Southern April 15)... earned a season best two points in five different contests... amassed 15 ground balls on the season, including a season best four in two different games (vs. Indianapolis on February 26, vs. Lynn April 8)... caused two turnovers on the year... finished the season ranked third on the team in assists.

2016: Named to 2016 Sunshine State Conference Spring Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Played in all 16 games for the Tars… Scored 15 goals in his Junior season… Collected nine assists and earned 24 points… Had eight groundballs… Recorded two goals and one assist in a win over Young Harris on February 7, 2016… Collected three goals against COKER on February 12, 2016. 

2015: Played in all 16 games his sophomore year, starting two… led the Tars in points with 39, and assists with 16, both tying Rollins single season records… finished second in goals with 23… put up a career high 6 points twice, at Young Harris on 2/5 and at Wingate on 3/4… scored a career high four goals against Young Harris and Adams State on 3/21… selected Second Team All-SSC and Team MVP

2014: Played in all 15 games as a freshman, including three starts…finished the season with 14 goals, fourth most on the team, and five assists…scored multiple goals on four different occasions, including a career best three goals twice (4/9 vs. Tampa, 4/15 at Saint Leo)…took 49 shots and also caused five turnovers.

High School: Attended Jesuit College Prep in Dallas, Texas…played midfield for the Rangers….led team to at least the State Semifinals all four years with a birth in the State Final as a junior…overall record of 36-11 over four years as a player…named first team All-District as both a junior and a senior…also played football in high school.

Personal: Son of Beth and Peter Buell…has three brothers: Jackson, Blake and Peter…undecided on major.
