JOHNSTOWN, Pa. (September 29, 2026) – Men's golf captured the team title at the Sunnehanna Collegiate, hosted by Pittsburgh-Johnstown, finishing 11-under to win by 13 strokes over second-place Lee in the 18-team field.

The Tars got off to a strong start in the opening round, led by Sean Dobson. The senior played the front nine even before carding two birdies on the back to finish with a two-under 68. Packy Mokris and Clarence Chapman III contributed strong rounds of their own, each shooting an even-par 70. Gustav Ordel rounded out the counting scores with a one-over 71, while Mick Herron posted a 73 (+3).

The Tars carried the momentum into Monday afternoon, making it through 15 holes of the second round before play was suspended for the day.

Once the round was completed, Dobson remained near the top of the leaderboard after firing a bogey-free 66 (-4), shooting matching 33s on the front and back nine. Herron bounced back in his final trip around the course, also firing a 68 (-2) to climb inside the top 20.

Chapman continued his steady play, using a two-under front nine to card a 69 (-1) and secure a top-five finish. Dobson held his position near the top of the leaderboard with an even-par 70 to finish second, while Ordel's 72 (+2) earned him a spot inside the top 20.

Minutoli wrapped up an impressive tournament as an individual, shooting a final-round 75 (+5) to finish eighth overall.
