WINTER PARK, Fla. (March 21, 2026) – Rollins men's lacrosse delivered a dominant performance on Senior Day, defeating Lynn 17-8 at Cahall-Sandspur Field.
Both teams came up empty on their opening possessions before the Tars struck first, as seniors
Chad Bulera and
Logan Myers connected for the opening goal.
Zachary Blinkoff added another a few minutes later, but Lynn responded with back-to-back scores to even the game.
Aaron Williams answered on the ensuing possession with an unassisted tally, giving Rollins a 3-2 lead at the end of the first quarter.
Rollins pulled away in the second.
Charlie Metz opened the frame with a goal, and Myers followed shortly after to extend the lead to 5-2 and force a Lynn timeout. The Tars continued to build momentum, as Bulera found
Avery Kamuf for another score. The Fighting Knights briefly responded with two goals to cut the deficit to two, but Rollins quickly regained control. Brody Nelson added a goal, and Kamuf netted his second of the day off a pass from Blinkoff to send the Tars into halftime with an 8-4 advantage.
The momentum carried into the third quarter, with Williams opening the half with a goal.
Nate Paulo followed with a finish off a feed from Kamuf to push the lead to six. Myers added another unassisted tally, and after a defensive stop, Rollins capitalized on a man-up opportunity as
Sean Laureano converted a pass from Nelson. Lynn found a brief answer, but Blinkoff responded off a pass from Jack Woynarski. The Fighting Knights added two late goals in the quarter, but Rollins maintained a 12-6 lead heading into the final frame.
Lynn opened the fourth with a goal, but Paulo quickly responded on a feed from Jack McCallum to halt any momentum. From there, it was all Rollins. The Tars continued to control possession and generate scoring opportunities, with goals from Myers,
Conor Sweeney (assist from
Sean Caracciolo), and
Anthony Skawinski (assist from McCallum) sealing the 17-8 victory.
Myers led the offense with four points on three goals and an assist, while Williams, Paulo, Kamuf, and Blinkoff each recorded multi-goal performances.
Brady Greco dominated at the faceoff X, going 19-for-23 while collecting eight ground balls. Jack Woynarski added six ground balls, and
Dominic Cesarone led the defense with three caused turnovers. In goal,
Nick Catino,
Colin Selters, and
Mason Masterson combined for eight saves, with Catino earning the win.
Rollins improves to 5-3 (1-0 SSC) on the season, while Lynn falls to 2-4 (0-1 SSC). The Tars will return to action on Saturday, March 28, traveling to Saint Leo for a 1 p.m. faceoff.
