Winter Park, Fla. – Rollins wrapped up the SAISA Women's Top 9 Invitational on Sunday, closing out the regatta with four more races that averaged about 15 minutes each. A light northeast breeze held steady at 5–10 knots throughout the day.
The Tars secured second place overall with 145 total points. Rollins added four more top-five finishes on Sunday, split evenly between the A and B Divisions. In A Division, skipper Shay Bridge sailed with Jane McKenzie as crew, while in B Division, skipper Adelaide Matzky was joined by Maggie Burnham for the first two races before Mollie Wood stepped in for the final two. That B Division boat highlighted the day with a runner-up finish in race 13.
Charleston, S.C. – Rollins also concluded action at the SAISA Match Race Championship hosted by the College of Charleston, earning a win over Central Florida in the final round-robin flight.
The Tars finished the regatta at 3–4, just missing the semifinal cut in fifth place. The lineup featured Annie Samis at the helm, Milo Miller trimming, Soleil Aurignac in the pit, and Cameron Kinnear on the bow.
Up next, the Tars will split squads again next weekend, with one group heading back to Charleston for the Charleston Fall Interconference and another traveling to Emmitsburg, Md., for the Women's ACC Round 1.
