MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. (January 15, 2025) – The Rollins women's swim team picked up a solid road victory on Saturday at NAIA No. 3 St. Thomas, 160-99. Results for the meet were not made available until this morning.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The Blue and Gold opened the meet with a win in the 200-yard medley relay, as Leora Rose, Abigayle Wood, Sarah Brown, and Amelia Kondal clocked a time of 1:47.30.
- Alonna Clark picked up a victory in the first individual event of the day, posting a 10:38.63 in the 1000-yard freestyle.
- Kondal then took second in the 200-yard freestyle in 1:58.15, while Rose won the 100-yard backstroke in 59.14.
- Brown earned another win with a 2:08.26 in the 200-yard butterfly, while Kondal came back to take second in the 50-yard freestyle (24.79).
- Not long after, Brown took home first place in the 100-yard freestyle in 54.00, followed by Mackenzie Adams winning the 200-yard backstroke in 2:13.38.
- Brooke Postell touched the wall second in the 200-yard breaststroke in 2:28.58, while Elliot Fox won the 500-yard freestyle in 5:16.84.
- Rose was victorious in the 100-yard butterfly in 59.20, while Wood won the 200-yard individual medley in 2:09.43.
- The Tars closed the meet with a first-place 1:38.58 in the 200-yard freestyle relay, recorded by the quartet of Kondal, Dylan Beeson, Brown, and Lizzie Sander.
UP NEXT:
Rollins will return to the pool on Friday, January 17 to host No. 5 Nova Southeastern at 1:30 p.m. The meet, which is the final home meet of the season for the Tars, will serve as Senior Day, with the team's seniors being honored prior to the meet.
