HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The Blue and Gold opened the meet with a win in the 400-yard medley relay as Luke Dinges, Tully Njoroge, Evan McInerny, and William Slowey posted a time of 3:18.79.
- Andrew Boles won the first individual event of the day with a 10:03.07 in the 1000-yard freestyle, and Trey Carter made it two wins in a row with a 1:39.66 in the 200-yard freestyle.
- McInerny won the 100-yard backstroke in 51.31, and Slowey kept the winning streak going with a 55.14 in the 100-yard breaststroke.
- Dinges made it five individual event wins in a row with a 1:47.08 in the 200-yard butterfly, and Ben Robertson extended it to six straight wins with a 21.73 in the 50-yard freestyle.
- Robertson then came back to take second in the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 47.82, which was followed by a runner-up finish in the 200-yard backstroke by Nicholas Bonta (1:54.29).
- Slowey got his second individual win of the afternoon with a 2:04.22 in the 200-yard breaststroke and Seth Basinger picked up a win with a 4:36.00 in the 500-yard freestyle.
- Dinges earned another win with a 49.69 in the 100-yard butterfly and McInerny capped the individual events with another victory, clocking a 1:50.54 in the 200-yard individual medley.
- Slowey, Basinger, Robertson, and Carter closed out the meet with a winning time of 1:23.99 in the 200-yard freestyle relay.
