Box Score ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (March 11, 2023) - The Rollins Tars earned a nice SSC win on Saturday, going on the road to take down Eckerd College. Rollins now stands at 5-4 on the season with a 2-2 record in conference play.
Rollins started the day by sweeping all three doubles matches. On court one,

Katie Groves were 6-1 winners. Court two was an easy 6-0 win for
Milla Falster/
Erin Yaroshuk. Then on court three, it took a couple extra sets, but eventually
Natalia Collado Cordon/
Eve Wasil came out on top, 6-4.
Falster secured the first singles point for the Tars with a 6-0, 6-0 straight set sweep on court six. She was followed closely by Groves who took her game on court two by a score of 6-1, 6-0. The Tars then clinched the day with their fourth point courtesy of
Maria McKay on court five, winning 6-3, 6-0.
Groth (6-0, 6-3 on court one), Collado Cordon (6-3, 6-4 on court four), and
Polina Ligay (6-4, 1-6, 10-3 on court three) then completed the sweep of the Tritons.
Rollins will be back in action on Monday, March 13 when they host Nebraska-Kearney at Copeland Stadium on campus. First serve is scheduled for 11:00 AM.
