SET UP:
Rollins will play their first of nine matches during the abbreviated 2021 season as they host the Tampa Spartans on Friday. Tampa swept both matches between the two schools in 2019. Â

The Tars will turn to their junior class to lead the way in 2021.

Adriane Griffith will bring a high-level of intensity and experience to the court. The upcoming season will also serve as a valuable springboard for the collegiate careers of the talented Rollins freshman class. The Tars will have six newcomers making their debut this spring.Â

Tampa (2-0, 0-0 SSC):
The Spartans are a perennial powerhouse, and are coming off a 24-8-1 season that included a NCAA tournament berth. They have played twice this year already against the Flagler Saints, taking both matches. Kalli Cors has 38 kills to her name after the two matches, while teammate Mackenzie Dufresne leads the team with six blocks.

Rollins will host a tri-match on Saturday, March 20. The Tars will play Palm Beach Atlantic at 1 pm, followed by Saint Leo vs. Palm Beach Atlantic at 4 pm, and finally Rollins vs. Saint Leo at 7 pm. All three games will be played at the Alfond Sports Center on campus.
