SAINT LEO, Fla. (October 6, 2021) – The Tars went on the road and picked up a commanding Sunshine State Conference victory, defeating Saint Leo 2-0 on a brace from
Mason Lamb. The win improves Rollins overall mark to 5-2-2, while the Tars now sit at 2-1-1 in conference play. Saint Leo falls to 3-7-1, 1-3-0 in SSC action.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
First Half
- The Tars dominated play in the first 45 minutes. The Tars took seven shots against the Lions single attempt, and the Tars earned four corner kicks, while Saint Leo managed only one.
- The breakthrough came for Rollins in the 21st minute. Lamb got on the end of a Dominic Adomakoh pass and rocketed the ball off the underside of the cross bar and into the goal.
Second Half
- The Tars continued to create the most dangerous chances for a majority of the second 45 minutes.
- Lamb iced the game away with his second goal in the 74th minute. The forward got on the end of a Tyler Nagy cross, and finished to put Rollins comfortably ahead for the final minutes of the contest.
