The Tars once again opened up the scoring as senior Tiffany Osmanski homered to center field in the top of the first to take the early 1-0 lead. That was Osmanski's third home run of the season.

Rollins added two more in the third after junior Hailee Keisling scored off a wild pitch. Chelsea Reed then singled to right center scoring Osmanski and putting the Tars up 3-0.

Rollins added one more run in the fifth as Brianne Lint doubled to right center scoring senior, Brittany Johnson. The Tars then added an insurance run in the seventh as Johnson singled up the middle scoring Reed from second and securing the 5-0 victory.
