Game one saw Niki
Fogle retire the first nine hitters as both teams were
scoreless after three innings. The Tars scored first as Hannah
Horwath doubled to left center with two outs in the top of the
fourth scoring Brittany
Johnson from second. Next batter, Sid
Masso drove a two-run single to center field scoring Courtney
Durbin and Horwath to extend the lead to 3-0.
Rollins wasn't done there as Tiffany
Osmanski sent a single up the middle scoring Jule
Kranz from second in the fifth to increase the lead. Later in
the inning, Chelsea
