WINTER PARK, Fla. (November 25, 2016) - Rollins scored the first six points of the game and never looked back, beating Webber International 98-66 Friday afternoon.

Freshman Denise Daniels and senior Marie Gilbert both scored 16 points to lead the Tars. Julia Ingler added 15 points while Jasmine Stone netted 13. Tianna Rosser scored seven points to go along with a game-high 10 rebounds.

Victoria Baggett poured in 21 to lead Webber. Quanthavia Stalworth chipped in 18 points and nine rebounds.

The victory snaps a two-game skid by the Tars and moves them to 3-2 on the season. The Warriors drop to 3-5 on the year.

HIGHLIGHTS AND QUARTER-BY-QUARTER ANALYSIS
First Quarter l
Rollins scored buckets on each of their first three possessions and jumped out to a 6-0 lead. Stalworth pulled Webber to within 10-6 midway through the quarter, but the Tars rolled off a 13-0 run, capped with consecutive three-pointers from Jasmine Stone, to take a 23-6 advantage. Daniels later pushed the lead to 20-10 with a steal and breakaway layup in the final seconds.

Second Quarter l
The Tars again got hot to start and the lead ballooned to 42-13 with 5:57 until halftime. The Warriors slowly chopped away and got to within 19 three times. Jo Bistrow then sent Rollins into the break with a 51-30 lead after a layup with 11 seconds remaining.

Third Quarter l
Led by a barrage of three-pointers from Ingler, the Tars put the game away early in the third. The junior scored 11 points in a three-minute span to put Rollins up 66-37 at the 6:37 mark. Rollins later went on to lead by a game-high 37, 78-41, with 2:16 left in the quarter.

Fourth Quarter l With the Tars comfortably in the lead, coach Glenn Wilkes Jr.emptied the bench for most of the fourth. Webber would get no closer than 28 points the rest of the way.
