Rollins fired back with two goals late in the first half and held
on late on Saturday night, defeating Tampa, 2-1, to close out

Russell each added an assist. In goal, Julian
Grundler played the full 90 minutes in his first game back from
injury, finishing with three saves.
As of Tuesday, the Tars are averaging an even two goals per
match and are seventh in the country in assists per game, averaging
2.43 per game.
Durrance leads the team with six goals with two games remaining
on the schedule while Russell is 12th in Division II
with a team best eight assists.
Grundler has posted a goals against average of 1.49 in his first
year as a Tar with 45 saves.
The winningest coach in Rollins soccer history, Dr. Keith
Buckley is in his 24th year at the helm of the Tars program in
2014. His career record of 284-134-25 is the 34th best in the
history of NCAA Division II men's soccer and ranks 21st among
active coaches. In the past decade, Buckley's Tars have won four
Sunshine State Conference Championships, three SSC tournament
titles, and advanced to the NCAA Tournament eight times.
PALM BEACH ATLANTIC AT A GLANCE: Last time
out, Palm Beach Atlantic and Florida Tech met on Saturday evening
at Rick Stottler Field. While the action was competitive throughout
a victor could still not be decided as the two teams settled for a
0-0 score through double overtime. PBA goalkeeper Steeven Raymont
led a determined PBA defensive effort as the junior made three
saves in 110 minutes of action.
Entering Tuesday's action, the Sailfish are averaging 2.07 goals
per match, scoring a total of 29 goals, 53rd most in the
country.
Daniel Pena is tied for the team lead with four goals and leads
the team with four assists. Lucas Kuscevic is tied with Pena with
four goals while Jermaine Metz and Lucas DaSilva are tied for
second on the team with three goals each.
Brian McMahon was named the new head coach of the Palm Beach
Atlantic men's soccer program on February 11, 2014. Coach McMahon
has over 20 years of collegiate coaching and playing experience
with a resume that includes coaching stints at Belhaven (Miss.)
University and Greenville (Ill.) College.
LAST MEETING: Rollins defeated PBA, 5-0, back
on Oct. 23 of last season on the road.
