A pair of Loren Wilkins free throws at the 11:34 mark kept the lead at eight, 16-8, but the Sailfish wouldn't score again for the next six minutes, allowing Rollins to run up a 24 point lead, 32-8 with 5:50 to go. After a few PBA buckets, Jasmine Bradley hit a runner in the lane with 11 ticks left for the Tars to push the lead to 36-11 at the break.

The Tars came out firing in the second half as two Rachael Malatesta three pointers and another by Berry ballooned Rollins' lead to 30, 49-19 with 15 minutes to go. A 12-4 run put the Tars in command by 37 at the eight minute mark and the advantage would grow to as much as 40 late in the game.
