SAINT LEO, Fla. (February 14, 2007) ' The
Rollins men's basketball team picked up its 20th win of the season
in an 81-63 road victory over Sunshine State Conference opponent
Saint Leo on Wednesday.' The Tars now stand at 20-4 overall and
11-2 in conference, and the Lions dropped to 12-12, 5-8.
Senior forward Isaac Codrey led the Tars with 17 points,
including 15 in the first half.' Jonny Reibel, Craig Reichel, and
John Thinnes all added 14 points, and Reibel notched a
double-double with 10 assists.' Kevin Hogan led the team with seven
rebounds, and Reichel blocked three shots.' Jordan Prais scored 16
for Saint Leo, and Kyle Rowland added 12.' Prais led all players
with eight rebounds.
Rollins used its shooting advantage (52.6 percent to Saint Leo's
35.7 percent) to push the team to victory.' The Tars used a surge
early in the second half to push them ahead for good, including
four straight three-pointers by Thinnes.' Overall the team was 6 of
10 from three-point territory in the second half.
The Tars will be back on the road on Saturday, February 17 for
