WINTER PARK, Fla. (October 17, 2006) ' The
Rollins women's soccer team (10-3-2, 3-1-2) dropped two spots in
the latest NSCAA/adidas Division II National Rankings to #25 after
a week in which it lost to #8 Tampa and tied with Florida Tech.
Rollins is currently in fourth place in the Sunshine State
Conference standings with 11 points (three wins, two ties).' Tampa
(13-2, 6-1) is in first place, and #18 Saint Leo (11-2-1, 4-2-0)
and Nova Southeastern (10-2, 4-2) are tied for second.' The Tars
will take on Nova Southeastern tonight at home in an important SSC
match in the season's final week.
