Peyton was born and raised in Orlando, Florida and attended the University of Central Florida, receiving her BS is Sport and Exercise Science in December of 2021. 

She joined the Rollins staff in August 2024 after receiving her Masters of Athletic Training from UCF in May.  As an intern for the Knights, Peyton worked with the women’s basketball and golf programs during the 2023-24 season. 

At Rollins, she works directly with the men's and women's basketball teams as well as swimming and rowing.
