Kelly Dwyer joined the Tars staff in June 2024 as the Athletics Compliance Coordinator.

In this role, Kelly supports Rollins athletics department by ensuring adherence to NCAA and Sunshine State Conference rules and regulations, managing eligibility requirements, and coordinating compliance education programs for student-athletes and staff.

Kelly graduated from the University of Central Florida DeVos graduate program in the fall of 2023 with a Masters in Business Administration and a Masters in Sports Business Management.

She enjoys watching sports, a good book, and an occasional game of pickleball.
