Erin Flynn joined the Rollins Athletics sports medicine staff in 2026.

A native of West Chester, Pennsylvania, Flynn earned her Bachelor's degree in Human Nutrition, Foods and Exercise from Virginia Tech in 2023, along with a minor in Disability Studies. She went on to earn her Master of Athletic Training from the University of Central Florida in 2026.

Flynn comes from a family of four children and has three brothers, including one who will begin his freshman year at Rollins this fall.

Outside of work, Flynn lives in Winter Park with her dog, Bear, and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
