A native of Orlando, Florida, McLaughlin joined the Rollins athletic training staff in March 2026. She currently serves as the athletic trainer for the Tars’ softball, women’s soccer, and men’s swimming programs.

McLaughlin earned both her bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and master’s degree in athletic training from the University of Central Florida. During her graduate studies, she completed clinical rotations in a variety of athletic settings, including UCF Athletics, West Orange High School, Orlando City SC, and Rollins College.

After graduating from UCF in 2025, McLaughlin began her professional career as an athletic trainer at UCF, working primarily with the Knights’ spirit programs, including cheerleading, dance, and mascots.

Her previous clinical experience at Rollins ultimately brought her back to Winter Park, where she joined the Tars full-time in the Spring.
