Dom joined the Rollins athletics staff as a graduate assistant in August of 2024, shortly after moving to Orlando. Upon graduating from Boston College in May of 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in communications, Dom enrolled in UCF’s DeVos Sports Business Management program. While in pursuit of his master's degree in Sports Business Management and an MBA at UCF, Dom is currently assigned to work within the Rollins athletics department helping in a variety of roles including communications, operations and compliance.

During his undergraduate years at Boston College, Dom worked for the football team as an equipment manager while also holding roles within the student-athlete academic support center and athletic communications department. He is currently a member of the National Association of Academic and Student-Athlete Development Professionals (N4A) holding a position on the leadership committee for Emerging Professionals.

A native of Fishers, IN, Dom is proud to be from the Hoosier State. A son to Julie and Steve, Dom is the middle of two brothers – Vincent and Anthony. Following the completion of his program at UCF, Dom hopes to pursue a role in player engagement working for an NFL organization.

As the first graduate assistant within the athletics department at Rollins, his goal is to increase community engagement at Rollins events and to assist the department in any way, building a foundation for possible future graduate assistants coming from the DeVos program.
