Rollins College women’s basketball welcomed Caroline Swartz to the coaching staff as a full-time assistant coach in June 2026 after she spent one season as a graduate assistant and completed a four-year playing career with the Tars. Swartz made program history as the first three-year team captain and appeared in 73 games from 2021–2025, totaling 89 points, 72 rebounds, 62 assists, and 21 steals. She also earned Sunshine State Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll recognition in each of her four seasons.
A steady contributor on the court, Swartz set career highs during her senior campaign with 28 minutes played, seven rebounds, and four assists in a game, while recording a career-best eight points as a freshman. She also had the distinction of playing under legendary head coach Glenn Wilkes Jr. during his 750th career victory.
As a graduate assistant, Swartz played a major role in player development and recruiting while coordinating strength and conditioning, managing team operations, overseeing the program’s social media presence, and serving as the team’s academic advisor. She will continue in a similar capacity as a full-time assistant coach.
A 2025 graduate of Rollins College with a degree in psychology, Swartz became a double alumna in May 2026 after earning her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in data analytics.
