Coach Caroline

Caroline Lamere

Caroline Lamere enters her first season as an assistant coach with the Rollins College women’s lacrosse program in 2025. A familiar face to the Tars, Lamere was a standout attacker for Rollins from 2011-2014, helping guide the team to a 52-16 record and back-to-back NCAA Final Four appearances in 2012 and 2013.

Following her playing career, Lamere continued to share her passion for the game at Lake Brantley High School, where she was responsible for practice planning, game strategy, and fostering player development. Known during her playing days for her competitive drive and team-first mentality, she brings the same foundation and energy to her role on the sidelines at Rollins.
