Alon joined the Tars athletic staff full-time in the summer of 2023 after two years as a part-time employee for Rollins. His part-time responsibilities included serving as the Alfond Sports Center facility manager and coordinator for athletics operations. 

In his current role, Alon’s duties range from game day operations to day-to-day care and storage of athletic and physical education equipment to assisting with scheduling and operations of intramural sports to working as a staff liaison with SAAC. 

Alon is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Rollins College (2018) with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He was a constant presence in athletic facilities, being involved in intramural sports and recreational sports including flag football, ultimate, powerlifting and yoga. Additionally, he served as a volunteer for the volleyball team during his undergraduate days.

Alon currently resides in Sorrento, Florida with his girlfriend, and grew up in Mexico City, Mexico.
